I have VOIP.MS and they support CallierID blocking with the option "Anonymous CallerID number."
They do not have a built in system message for ACR recording.
They do allow me to upload my own .wav recording.
(format is PCM 8kHz 16 bits Mono)
I am looking for a female recording in this format that says, "We're sorry. The person you are calling does not wish to talk with callers who block their number. If you wish to reach this person, please hang up, and place your call again, without blocking your number." or a similar recording.
It would be nice to get the original AT&T recording that was delivered on the class 5 landline switches.
