What happens when you port a phone number back to its original network?
I understand that when a number is ported to a different network that is not its originally assigned network that it is handled in a different way when the call is made. But when a number is ported back to its native network will it be handled as if it were never ported?
I want to port a number that I originally had with Verizon Wireless back to Verizon Wireless. Right now the number is with Google Voice. Does it change the way the call is routed when it gets ported back in?
