[Voip.ms] Address mismatch for port from Comcast (Level 3) to VOIP.MS

I'm having trouble porting a 415 number from Comcast (Level 3) to VOIP.MS due to an address mismatch. (Port-impeding address mismatches are a stock drama on this forum.) The specifics: This 415 number was a POTS line at a San Francisco address, using Sonic as the LEC. When I relocated 20 miles to area code 510, Sonic wasn't able to provide service at my new address, so I ported the number to Comcast Business, which installed it as a remote-call-forwarding number. (So at Comcast, the number has never been installed at any address). Comcast forwards the calls to a Comcast 510 number installed at the new address. Comcast is the not the CLEC because for remote call forwarding service, Comcast pays Level 3 to be the actual provider. (I confirmed that the number is at Level 3 by doing an LRN lookup.) I knew this before I submitted the porting request to VOIP.MS, using the street address on the Comcast bill. VOIP.MS came back with a generic rejection for address mismatch. So I called Comcast and learned that the address on my original agreement with Comcast differed slightly from the address on my bill: the original document was without a suite number. I thought no problem, standard glitch. I asked VOIP.MS to resubmit with no suite number. It was rejected again, and now VOIP.MS tells me that the mismatch is with the address in Level 3's records. There's no other address of mine that I can offer, so I assume that somewhere along the line, a Level 3 corporate address was inserted as the address of record, and that until I match that address, the port won't work. I think that one way to proceed is for me to have VOIP.MS ask Onvoy (their top-level CLEC) to ask Comcast to ask Level 3 (Comcast's top-level CLEC for my number) to send the CSR to VOIP.MS, on which the required address should be printed. My questions: (1) Is requesting the CSR likely to work? (2) What address might Level 3 have on the record for my number? Their headquarters address would be easy to use, but it might a different Level 3 address. If you've ever encountered this sort of obstacle at Level 3, you might recall which address worked for you. (3) I'm no expert. What is the best way for me to succeed here?
