I've had Vonage since 2009, but in the last 6-8 months it is hit-or-miss as to whether it will pass on my phone number when I place calls to the UK. This is something recently changed. Unfortunately, my UK friends all have the British version of "anonymous call block" so my calls go unanswered until I bond with Vonage.
Does anyone know to get this issue permanently fixed ? Vonage tech support is hit or miss. The last tech support agent I spoke with didn't even know what callerID was (!!!) and the hold times are worse than calling Comcast. :huh:
