I've got @ 8 users at a logistics call center. I set them up with voip.ms and a couple DID"s and an 800 number. Fortunately I gave them a fairly high "bid" as to what I'd bill them - @ $600. They were on a "centrix"/att system paying @$1,200 month. So, without doing a proper "cost projection" based on the per-minute charge with an 800 number and the number of calls they would be getting. I am still doing ok. But not quite what I thought. I guess it boils down to the 800# costs. Voip.ms rates are @ $.99 month and 1.9 cents - minute. The call center probably get's/makes @ 100 calls a day. I guess it's a matter of shopping other providers. I don't know that one can beat voip.ms after all is said. Plus once one is established, more hassle to move. I guess if one were doing large scale, be different story. Suggestions as to better pricing? Thx
