I've had CC service for many years, and recently have been experiencing frequent dropped calls, and more recently one-way audio.
I've opened a ticket with CC, but they have not resolved the issues. The quality and promptness of their engagement is disappointing.
Years ago I had a similarly disappointing level of service, posted here, and a CC rep here intervened and got my problem addressed by the right people.
Is there anyone here who can help?
