Several months ago I switched my dad from Verizon to CallCentric.
While he has been generally satisfied with the service he said that several people who call him often complained that calls sometimes are not coming through. Note that he doesn't receive a huge number of calls per day, maybe 10-20.
Specific case in point I know some details about: yesterday he was called from medical office while he wasn't home. Caller received busy signal. I checked call logs for that time period and there are no calls from the number that can be associated with medical office.
How could they possibly have received a busy signal when nobody was on the line?
Personally I barely use my CC # for anything so can't comment on reliability myself. But from what he tells me I am just not sure I can trust CC anymore.
