I have a small company and am looking to migrate to VOIP. It appears to be much cheaper than Verizon landline service. Our needs are pretty basic, as we would only have 2-3 phones. Since we are out in the field most of the time, we primarily use our cell phones. On most days, it's just our office manager in the office. I was originally planning to go with RingCentral, but then I found Nextiva and 8x8. I was leaning towards 8x8, but then I came across a service called VoIPLy. It's about half the cost and seems like a good deal. The features are probably not as good, but it seems decent. They offer a choice of Grandstream phones. It appears that all the other providers use mostly Polycom. I am so overwhelmed about which service to use and which phones to buy. Would anyone be able to give me some advice/suggestions?
