I ported a phone number from Twilio to RingPlus more than 3 weeks ago. Voice works fine, both incoming and outgoing. Outgoing SMS seems to be fine, but incoming SMS does not seem to work at all.
I did an LRN lookup on Alcazar and it correctly shows it as a Sprint number.
LEC: SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P
LINETYPE: WIRELESS.
However, an LRN lookup at Twilio still shows that the number still belongs to Twilio. Is that indicative of the problem?

I can post additional information from the lookups if necessary, I just was not sure if I needed to blank out the LRN and/or OCN.
Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this?
