I wasn't able to find anything on this, but I don't imagine I'm the only one annoyed by this supposedly normal behavior. For the last month or two, I've noticed a lot of numbers in North America are showing up as 011XXXXXXXXXX as opposed to just area code and number. It's always very random, and often the same number shows up both ways at different times. This is a real pain and requires blocking telemarketers twice if they call back and their number shows up differently than it did on a previous call.
VoIP.ms says this is normal and their servers are just passing along the information to my device, but I can't really accept that their servers are receiving this information in different ways each time a call is placed.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue? It wasn't always this way, but is now more often than not. Thank you!
