Am I the only NoMoRobo subscriber who has noticed that lately the phone seems to ring twice before a NoMoRobo intercept instead of the previous one ring?
If this continues, I guess I may need to dig through the junk boxes in my workshop and try to find an old retired Aastra distinctive ring decoder to put in series with my ATA in order to stop the extra ring.
To me personally, the extra ring isn't that big of a deal. But I have a user who tends to answer a ringing telephone quickly without necessarily looking at the CID -- and that tends to defeat the whole point of subscribing to the NoMoRobo service. I had somewhat trained that person to at least wait for a second ring before answering in order for the NoMoRobo service to work properly, but that extra ring has now somewhat nullified that training. :(
