[Anveo] new phone in ring group not ringing...

I have added a 4th phone to my ring group in my anveo call flows . other 3 ring fine but the latest will not ring for some reason. its connected to my account like the others and i can call out fine with it. what can I look for to troubleshoot this thing? edited to add that this phone is in another office on another router....maybe something in router needs to be opened for calls to be received? TIA
