Hi! A friend is looking to move his business to a larger office and wants to increase the number of PolyCom VoIP phones from 3 to 10-15. Currently, the three PolyCom VoIP phones in service are connected to a Linksys WRT3200ACM router via Gigabit ethernet. His ISP is Comcast Business. I don't know which service package he has, but I think I got over 75MBps download speed the last time I ran a speed test. I can re-check this and post the update later.
Anyway, while setting up the Linksys router, I found the QoS function allowed identifying up to three devices to give higher priority. I did this through the "Media Prioritization" feature:

Doing this has worked well for his office.
Now that he wants to increase the number of phones from 3 to 10-15, the "Media Prioritization" feature won't work, at least not how we're using it. So, I'm looking for some advice for a replacement router to accommodate the increase in VoIP phones. The new office might not be already wired for Ethernet, so we're open to wireless connections for the phones. However, he's open to wiring the office for Ethernet if that will provide greater stability over a wireless connection for the VoIP phones.
As for the additional phones, themselves, I presume he'll use the same PolyCom VoIP phone models he's using now and will simply add more phones. I believe the PolyCom phones are the VVX 400 series.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post. :)
Tom
