[Anveo] email notifications for missed call that dont go to voicemail

Hi, We want to get email notifications for all missed calls. Our call flow goes to transfer widget which calls a cellphone. If the caller stays on the line until the voicemail kicks in, then we get an email notification for a missed call. But if the caller hangs up while the phone is still ringing, then no email notification is sent. Is there any way to get the email notification for when the caller hangs up while the phone is still ringing? thanks
