Hello all. I just started working at a small business. They are considering switching to VoIP. I have been using VoIP.ms with SIP ATAs for over 10 years now, so I have some familiarity with VoIP. I have also used Anveo in the past when I had a fax number. I am trying to figure out what the best way to go would be to meet the following criteria:
- 10 to 15 phones, where maybe 4 or 5 could be used for external calls simultaneously
- Internal extensions
- Maybe 700 minutes/day total external calling time, mostly outgoing
I was thinking about getting some of those inexpensive Grandstream VoIP phones and then just assigning them all sub-accounts, but the voip.ms billing plans are not the best for that volume of calls. Is something like Anveo's Office Unlimited Plan with the Starter Plan subscription sufficient to meet their needs with one DID? Or are there some other providers I should be looking at? I'm in Ontario, Canada.
