Skype or GoogleVoice Adapter to PBX Analog extension

We would like an adapter: Skype or Google Voice to analog legacy PBX extension. Similar to the old D-Link DPH50U. The adapter or its computer answers an incoming Skype or Google Voice call, then seizes a dedicated local analog PBX extension line & dials a configured number, which happens to be a local extension number. So it has these ports: RJ45 ethernet for LAN, "Line" RJ11 PBX extension line, perhaps "Phone" RJ11, perhaps USB to computer. Devices like the OBi202 can't call another analog PBX extension number, they are just limited to the analog phone connected to them. Using the power of the PBX means it can call to a line at a considerable distance, that has lots of phones on the one line. ~ Thanks
