[CallCentric] CallCentric account policies

How do you enable call forwarding to take effect when the ATA isn't connected to CallCentric? Does this also kick in if there are connectivity issues on the CC side? Does DID Forwarding (to an external PSTN number) continue to operate in the event the ATA is not connected? (DID Forwarding that is active 24/7.) If you have DID Forwarding for one extension and ATA not registered forwarding for the account, which will take precedence (in the event the ATA is not registered)? If you have an outgoing calling plan such as North America 500 or NA Basic, are calls to toll-free numbers billable minutes?
