Does anyone know why Vonage has suddenly 'blocked' my outbound callerID number from appearing when I call people either locally OR to the UK ?
I logged in to my Vonage account and I do NOT have that enabled. The agent I (finally) spoke with has issued a trouble ticket but it is really weird. Needless to say, my friends in UK are not answering calls with no number displayed (used to be "international caller" and my number) Had to send them an email that I was calling.
This also happened when I rang two local businesses.
Really, really frustrating as not that many people answer calls that are "unknown" or "anonymous". Thanks in advance.
