[General] Hosted 8x8 VOIP - Multiple Companies, one Internet Connection

Hello everyone! I have a site where there are no less than 3 companies using an 8x8 hosted VOIP solution - each with their own tenancy. Randomly, calls will go to the IP phone of another company with the same extension number. All three have an extension "1001". Sometimes a call into company A's extension 1001 rings at company B's extension 1001. The office was recently switched over to a single, shared Internet Connection via a static Internet IP address serviced by a DLink DSR-250 router. Each of the 3 companies has it's own VLAN and Subnet defined on the DSR-250. VLAN's are assigned to physical ports on the DSR-250 and then connected to the switch of each company. Everything worked before the Internet connection was switched out and the DSR-250 was installed. It was not possible to access the 10 year old Sonicwall that was replaced by the DSR-250 to pull it's config - the password was set 3 IT consultants ago. I was assured a full factory reset was necessary to get in. The old Internet connection was owned by another company who was unable to help answer any questions about it. We think there may have been multiple Static IP's, but we're not sure. Due to time constraints, we weren't able to do full discovery of configuration before the Sonicwall and the old Internet connection was gone (owned by a another company that moved out and took it with them). 8x8's support has not been helpful - they recommended we get Static IP's for every phone (!). The two agents we spoke with didn't seem to understand basic networking and couldn't answer simple questions about network best practices. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start?
