I have had NetTalk for two years with little issues, but recently, I can't make a call longer that about 13 minutes. Each time I call back the number I was connected to, the call lasts 13 minutes and then drops. This just started.
Also, I have found that when someone other than a local call is trying to call me, they are getting a busy signal! A hospital was trying to call me for two hours and could not get through. Again, this just started happening out of nowhere.
Of course, there is no way to contact a person at NetTALK for assistance, and they have no real tech support.
All I've tried so far is to change how the DUO is connected. Instead of running it through my computer via USB, I tried connecting it straight into an ethernet port on my modem. Same problems are continuing.
I don't get it. It looks like the network is completely screwed up. I'm supposed to be able to make a call that lasts for a maximum of 180 minutes.
