Softphone not Registering with IPBX-Wazo

I’ve been having a really hard time trying to get Yate Client or my Grandstream GXP2140 to recognize my PBX credentials using an Anveo Direct toll free number. So far, 2 hours later, I’m still scratching my head. I really hope somebody can point me in the right direction. I followed the instructions as shown here http://nerdvittles.com/?p=20675 and setup the system on digital ocean for testing using xivo.incrediblepbx.com as the domain. I’m using a 512mb/20 GB/NYC2/Debian 8.7x64 system. The install was easy as can be and I saw there were 2 default users in the original setup. 701 (Incredible IPX) and 702 (Web RTC). Step 3 for Anveo Direct was pretty straight-forward. The only IP Address I listed for Authorized IP Addresses in the AD backup was my server ip address. Everything else matched the pictures for that part of the setup. The steps for IPBX:Trunk Management:SIP Protocol and IPBX:Call Management:Outgoing also matched since the templates were already present. The only thing I changed were the default telephone numbers to match my AD toll free number. Lastly, I saw at the bottom of that article a section for Setting Up Anveo Direct DID for Incoming calls. So, off we go to a new article. I followed the instructions on http://nerdvittles.com/?p=20177 and added a destination SIP trunk. Title was DO for Digital Ocean and SUP UI looked like $[E164]$@my 11 digit server ip address here. I left failover SIP URI blank. All I did for Step 4 was change the DID to match my telephone number for the Identity-Web RTC template. Step 5 wasn’t necessary since I already did that step 3. Setting up the softphone is the stressful part. Right now it’s displaying “failed to connect account sip:701 username@my ip address. Reason:Forbidden (forbidden).” I have no idea what that means and how to fix it. I know the username/passwords match and the only other important part is the ip address, which matches perfectly. Sometimes I will get a timeout error when trying to register the phone. I got this same issue before when I tried to access an Incredible PBX Centos and a Ubuntu instance. Lastly, I decided to go ahead and setup Wazo to see if that worked. I plugged my server ip address into the Wazo Phone Community page and got the following picture http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2282209/1001dda118a4d0069f531cfb91b971ee There were only 2 ports displaying something to connect. I saw no other way to accept the different SSL certificates mentioned in the article. Clicking the 5040 port produced a connection refused error, while clicking 9502 brought me to a page showing “invalid request.” I’m not 100% sure what that means if whether there is an issue with my installation, a setting I might have changed, etc. All I really care about is being able to use my telephone numbers. I was able to successfully register a toll free number to my grandstream/zoiper/yate without a hitch. IPBX-Wazo is definitely more technically challenged, but I’m committed to finding a solution. Does anybody know what might be causing the issues with my softphone and how to fix it? Also, does anybody know what to put down in the Grandstream backup portal to link it to IPBX-Wazo? Right now, I have Account name set to my DID, SIP Server=my digital ocean ip address, SIP/Authenticate ID are both my username for 701 extension and password is the same. That doesn’t work either, which leads me to believe I messed up where or there is an issue with the installation. If you have any suggestions for an alternative free PBX I can use with the different VOIP products I'm all ears. I welcome, any, and all suggestions or feedback. Thanks.
