Hi All,
I have an account with Anveo for a few years. I mainly use the account for fax or make voip calls when i am oversea.
For some reason, they closed my account without any warning. BTW, they already charged my monthly fee on 01/14/2017.
I only found out today when i logged into my account trying to send a fax. It asks me to contact customer support.
Every links I clicked from the main site ask me to contact Customer support including the "Contact Support" link, and the open ticket link.
How do I contact them? I can only see Anveo's sale phone number.
I still have a credit balance with them.
