I just had Leahemme on Fiverr do the IVR and voicemails for a client. Her prices are ridiculously low, even if you add options. She got the finished product done the same day I ordered it, and even pronounced the client's not-particularly-difficult-but-most-people-screw-it-up name correctly. The finished product sounds great and the client is delighted. If anyone is doing an IVR for a business (or even wants their own voicemail to sound like it was done by a pro - for under $10, why not?) I highly recommend her.
