[Anveo] Porting-related charges

I just ported a DID from Phonebooth to Anveo (retail, not Direct) and my account was hit with a $2.25 charge that I don't understand. Thought I would ask here first before using a ticket; maybe I am missing something obvious. (1) Currently, porting from Phonebooth to Anveo is free. As stated right on my dashboard, under "Service News and Updates: "December, 2016 -- Free Porting from Phonebooth.com -- We now offer Free number porting from Phonebooth.com to Anveo." (2) I wasn't aware of any DID set-up charge, if there is one, and I looked pretty carefully. In particular I looked here (http://www.anveo.com/consumer/mainphonenumbers.asp) and also here (http://www.anveo.com/faq.asp?code=faq_did) and also here (http://www.anveo.com/faq.asp?code=faq_did_portin). (3) It's not a E911-related charge. I had a long ticket conversation with support, who verified that my long-standing account (which doesn't have E911 provisioned) wouldn't need E911 for purposes of inbound-only DID use. I'm blocked from making outbound calls from the account and that's fine; I use it for inbound only. So, there should be absolutely no E911 charges. (4) $2.25 would be a curious amount as a pre-pay for the monthlyfee for a DID. If I'm reading correctly, Anveo charges USD $0.50/mo. for a U.S. per-minute DID (http://www.anveo.com/mainphonenumbers.asp). The $2.25 would be 4.5 months... (5) I'm on the "free" plan. Nothing I have done in the past several days would have resulted in $2.25-worth of charges. So, any ideas before I use up one of my support tickets? I got no invoice or explanation from Anveo; they just reduced my balance with no explanation. Just tryin' to understand... *** Red herring, I'm sure, but: during the porting process Anveo added the "Reseller Dashboard" for my account. I didn't ask for it; I wasn't even aware that it existed. In response to my ticket clarifying that no E911 was necessary, one of the support folks posted this, unbidden: "Our Dev. Team has activated Reseller Dashboard for your account." Not sure why that occurred; I thought it might have been something necessary at the Anveo end to ensure no E911 provisioning was necessary, but no explanation was offered. I trust that is not a chargeable option?
