Small grocery store in Montreal wants to upgrade their phones and move away from POTS.
NEEDS:
- Equipment (PoE IP phones etc)
- 1 number with 4 channels, rings on all 8 phones
- 1 number with 1 channel, rings on 2 of the phones
- fax (standard or to e-mail both work, as long as outgoing works)
- Reliable incoming calls, no need for anything too complicated for outgoing
- Nothing too complicated, I can figure stuff out for the setup, but don't want to be bothered unless it's an emergency
Not sure what service I need, or what equipment. Don't know if hosted PBX is worth it? Or simply go with VoIP.ms somehow? Same owner might want to do something similar with another one of his businesses at the same time, don't know if that's relevant, as the business are unrelated.
Thanks!
